Chapter 1 With Out Him

I was waiting for my dad to come pick me up from school. I was helping one of my class mates that need help in math. I just got done putting my stuff in my locker and walked outside. Their was my dad sitting in his car waiting for me.Today was mine and my twin brothers 8Th birthday. My dad loved us a lot he would never let anything happen to us we were special to him. I was just walking out of the school when the worst thing happened ever. He got hit by a truck. I saw the whole thing right before my eyes. I screamed at the top of my lungs. I had tears coming down my face. "Someone call 911!" one of my teachers yelled. I was then begin held by my English teacher Mrs. Harp. The cops and the paramedics came to see what the damage was. "Ma'am is that your father in the car?" asked one of the officers. "Yes that was my dad."i replied. "He wants to speak to you." he said. I walked over to were my father was. "Daddy don't leave me please!" i said with tear streaming down my face. "I wanted to give this to you." he said in a horse voice. He then handed me a locket with words written on it. It said 'I will always love my little girl love dad'. And after that he died right in front of me that was the last time i ever saw my dad. One year later i was told that i had tummy cancer. That's when my life went to hell.
